After Chancellor May welcomed the guests, introductions were underway and attendees shared their favorite thing about working for campus. Staff had so many great and unique things to say about their experience working for campus as well as suggestions for ways in which campus can improve, some of which are listed below:

Staff Assembly Dip Off Recipes 2019

Here are a few recipes from dip masters who were willing to share their recipes for you to make at your upcoming Super Bowl party, or any other dip-worthy occasion!   Mary Carrillo's Chile Relleno Dip- 1st Place!

Chile Relleno Dip Recipe
Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pork chorizo
  • 8 ounces cream cheese ,softened
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup salsa verde
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 ounce can diced roasted green chiles

Staff Assembly Dip Off 2019: Wrap-Up

On Monday, January 28, 2019 Staff Assembly hosted the second annual Dip-Off at the Activities & Recreation Center Ballroom A from 11:30am-1:00pm. 12 Dip-Masters (dip-makers) made dip for over 40 dipsters (dip-tasters) to try! To see the recipes from the Dip-Off, click here.

 

Dipsters (dip-tasters) and dip-makers alike circled the ballroom and tasted the variety of dips.

This award is a crime prevention and public safety award that recognizes individuals based on community oriented engagement and activities that are collaborative, cooperative, and proactive.
