 Roast Beef and Cheddar

Roast beef, sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, horseradish mayo, sliced sourdough

(Contains: soy, wheat, milk, eggs)

 

Turkey Havarti (Regular and Gluten Friendly Option available) 

Turkey breast, havarti cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, sliced sourdough

(Contains: eggs, milk, soy, wheat / Gluten Friendly Option available contains egg whites)

 
Vegetarian Catalan Sandwich

Creamy goat cheese, roma tomatoes, sliced cucumber, fresh avocado, peppadew peppers, red onion, lettuce, romesco sauce, on Italian flatbread

(Contains: milk, nuts, wheat)

 

Vegan Catalan Sandwich (Gluten Friendly Bread Option Available) 

Roma Tomatoes, sliced cucumber, fresh avocado, peppadew peppers, red onion, lettuce, lemony hummus spread on Italian flat bread

(Contains: wheat, sesame / Gluten Friendly Option available contains egg whites)

 

All TGFS meals are served with the following:
  • Salted Kettle Branded Chips
    •  Ingredients: Potatoes, Vegetable Oils (Canola and/or Sunflower and/or Safflower and/or Soybean), Sea Salt.
Dessert
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie
    • (Contains milk, eggs, wheat, soy)
  • Raspberry Almond Shortbread Bar (Vegetarian / Gluten Friendly)
    • Contains: (eggs, milk, soy, nuts)
  • Apples / Oranges are included in every vegan boxed lunch

Purchase Meal Tickets

 

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are purchased by one designated person for each department or unit. The designated person should collect the following information before placing an order:

  • Number of each meal ticket type you are ordering (please refer to the meal options above)
  • Department chart string to recharge. 

All staff are welcome to attend the event without a meal ticket and bring their own lunch. Meal tickets are not being sold at the event.

 

Ticket Pick-Up Information

Tickets may be picked up at the Athletics Ticket Office located at the main entrance to UC Davis Health Stadium. 72 hours are needed to process ticket orders and will be made available for pick up starting April 7th. Meal tickets are not being sold at the event and we are unable to serve anyone without a ticket. The Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Please remember to bring your e-mail receipt when picking up your meal tickets.

  • First day to pick up tickets: Monday, April 7, at 12 p.m.

  • Last day to purchase meal tickets: Friday, April 25, before 5 p.m.

  • Last day to pick up tickets: Wednesday, April 30, before 12 p.m. 

Ticket Receipts

Once your meal ticket purchase has been processed, you will receive an electronic receipt indicating the number of meal tickets purchased. Please remember to bring your email receipt when picking up your tickets

Please note meal tickets are only needed to eat at the event. All staff are encouraged to attend TGFS, whether or not they have purchased a meal ticket.

 

Day Event Location

TGFS will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM on UC Davis’ Russell Field. Russell Field is in close proximity to many campus parking lots and a short walk from many buildings on campus. Buses will be available to shuttle people from outlying areas.   

 

Night Program Location

Any staff member may elect to attend the TGFS After Dark, our annual evening program tailored for alternate shift workers. This event will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 8 - 10:30 p.m., at the UC Davis Health Stadium, in the Bruce Edwards Room and along the top part of the concourse. TGFS After Dark will be held exclusively on accessible paved surfaces, and we anticipate a smaller crowd of around 350 attendees.
