TGFS 2023 Vendor & Sponsor Showcase

Please consider having your department or local business participate in the TGFS 2023 Vendor Showcase! All event sponsors and vendors receive recognition on the TGFS website, which will be linked on Staff Assembly’s bi-monthly newsletter (10,000+ subscriptions). Registration will close in April 2023.


This year we are offering the following sponsorship levels:

  • Gold Level Sponsor - $3,000: Receive double vendor booth space, 2 parking permits & 4 meal tickets.

  • Silver Level Sponsor - $2000: Receive single vendor booth space, 1 parking permit & 2 meal tickets.
  • Picture Perfect Sponsorship - $2,500 (1 available): Receive logo recognition on every photo strip from all photo booth locations. Every staff member in attendance that participates (upwards of 5000 staff) will receive a photo strip with your company's logo on the top. Many staff hang this photo strip in their office and collect them for years to come! This is an excellent opportunity to increase your company's visibility among UC Davis staff!
  • External Business Vendor Booth - $1,600: Includes 8 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 meal tickets, and a parking permit. This category is for external businesses whose operations reside outside Yolo County. 
  • Local Business Vendor Booth - $800:  Includes 8 foot table, 2 chairs, 2 meal tickets, and a parking permit. This category is for external businesses that are not a department of UC Davis and all operations must reside within Yolo County.
  • Vendor booth at TGFS evening program (Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 7:30-9:30 PM at the Bruce Edwards Room and top part of the concourse of the UC Davis Health Stadium.) - Complimentary when vendor provides giveaways for up to 300 staff attendees- Includes 8 foot table and 2 chairs.


All sponsors and vendors are asked to supply an item (gift certificates, gift baskets, etc.) with a suggested value of $50, which will be collected the day of the event. Please note: The item must store easily as we have limited space. It should not be perishable or have an expiration date. These items will be awarded at future Staff Assembly events and will provide your business with additional exposure after TGFS. Vendors are also encouraged to hold prize drawings at their respective booths.
