Biography:
Jeff Heiser brings over 15 years of dedicated service to UC Davis, where he serves as a Senior Trainer and Strengths Coach in the Division of Student Affairs. Drawing on his background in camp and recreation environments, Jeff is dedicated to unlocking individual potential and building connected, high-performing teams through one-on-one leadership coaching, Strengths workshops, and strategic planning retreats. A proud UC Santa Cruz alumnus (Go Slugs!) with a bachelor's in Cultural Anthropology and a master's in Recreation and Non-Profit Management from San Francisco State, he is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Certified Student Affairs Educator (CSAEd). His deep commitment to the university is reflected in his extensive campus and systemwide service, which includes serving on the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) last year, contributing to the UC Trainer's Consortium, chairing the UC Davis Child and Family Care Advisory Committee, and serving on the Staff Assembly Scholarship Committee.
