Biography:
With over eighteen years of experience at UC Davis — including the past ten years as Human Resources Manager in the Dean’s Office at the School of Law — I bring a deep understanding of HR operations within a dynamic academic environment, as I oversee the full scope of HR programs.
My approach to HR is rooted in emotional intelligence, empathy, and community-building. I’m passionate about fostering a healthy workplace culture where individuals feel safe, supported, and engaged. I lead initiatives that promote staff morale, appreciation, and wellness, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance throughout the year.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my family, friends, and two dogs — Link & Loki. I love reading, traveling, and being outdoors, always seeking new experiences that enrich both my personal and professional life.
