TGFS After Dark
Our annual evening program for alternate shift workers will be held on Tues., May 6, 2025, from 8-10:30 p.m. at the Bruce Edwards Room and top part of the concourse of the UC Davis Health Stadium.
Staff Assembly is pleased to announce the much-anticipated return of our 45th annual Thank Goodness for Staff Picnic in 2025! This event is attended by over 7,000 UC Davis staff members and serves as our annual staff appreciation event with many opportunities for staff to connect and have fun with one another!
Here’s what to expect this year:
Boxed lunches from Boudin – No food trucks this year, but still delicious (and budget-friendlier) eats!
Dessert change – No popsicles this year, but you'll enjoy a cookie or gluten free bar from Boudin in your boxed lunch.
No caricature artists this year – but don’t worry, we’ve got regular and 360 photo booths ready to capture your best TGFS moments!
A dazzling performance by the UC Davis Marching Band!
