Biography:
Scott Loewen–Towner began his journey within UC Davis during the height of the Pandemic in 2020, working in the capacity of Community Health Outreach Supervisor with Healthy Davis Together. He provided leadership and support for UC Davis campus students, faculty, and YOLO County’s COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts. As of August 2021, he has accepted the role as Coordinator for UC Davis Staff Assembly. He is a Sacramento State University Alum, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to accepting a position in the UC system, Scott worked in the hospitality industry for seven years and is pursuing his passion in photography.
At his leisure, Scott enjoys taking photographs, snuggling his French Bulldog Valentino, and overindulging in copious amounts of sushi.
