Ticket Ordering and Meal Option Information
A designated person in your department or unit should assign one person to purchase tickets for their staff. They will ask you for your lunch option and purchase the tickets with their department recharge number using the link below. Staff are welcome to attend the event without a meal ticket and bring their own lunch.
Tickets can be purchased at http://www.cevs.ucdavis.edu/confreg/index.cfm?confid=905. Please place orders by the May 9 deadline, thank you.
Option 1 - Buckhorn Meal - Tri Tip Sandwich plus all the sides
Option 2 - Vegetarian/Vegan - Vegetarian/Vegan Sandwich plus all the sides
Option 3 - Gluten Free Tri Tip - Tri Tip Sandwich on a gluten free roll plus all the sides
Option 4 - Gluten Free Vegetarian/Vegan - Vegetarian/Vegan Sandwich on a gluten free roll plus all the sides
The Chancellor pays a large portion of each individual ticket and the department pays the remaining meal cost. Departments pay $3 per staff meal ticket and $13.50 for student staff meal tickets. Staff do not pay out-of-pocket for the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Staff may exchange tickets with other staff, unfortunately TGFS will not be responsible for exchanging tickets. Once you receive your ticket, please keep it safe as it is required to receive your meal at the picnic and cannot be replaced.
Ticket Pick-up Information
Please pick up your tickets prior to the deadline of Tuesday, May 23, before 5 p.m. Meal tickets are not being sold at the event and we are unable to serve anyone without a ticket. Once you receive your ticket, please keep it safe as it is required to receive your meal at the picnic and cannot be replaced.
Tickets may be picked up at the Athletics Ticket Office located at the main entrance to Aggie Stadium.
- Last day to purchase meal tickets before the price increase to $4 is Tuesday, April 25 before 5 p.m.
- First day to pick up tickets is Monday, May 7 from 11:00am-1:00pm.
- Last day to pick up tickets is Friday, May 11, 2018 from 11:00am-1:00pm.
The Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Please remember to bring your e-mail receipt when picking up your meal tickets

Red & Green Bell Peppers, Cilantro, Serrano Chili, Green Onions with Lime Chipotle Chili Vinaigrette
Fresh Fruit Salad
Fresh baked Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle Cookies
Assorted Pepsi Products and Bottled Water
A water station will be available for refills
