First-Year Aggie Connection- Facilitators Wanted!

Empower new students to navigate their first year at UC Davis!
Submit a proposal to lead a First-Year Aggie Connection for fall 2018.

First-Year Aggie Connections (FYAC) groups first-year students (freshmen and transfers, including international students) into 25-person “Connections” based on a shared identity, interest or theme. Connections meet regularly for one academic quarter and are led by staff, faculty, or graduate student facilitators who engage students in discussions surrounding crucial topics related to transitioning to life at UC Davis.

We would like to encourage you to become a facilitator. To submit a proposal, a staff member must receive supervisor approval and propose a theme for their potential Connection. Get creative! Themed Connections should appeal to a diverse student body. Full guidelines along with the proposal form can be found on our website. We ask that proposals are submitted by May 1, 2018.
