Meal ticket ordering and pick-up

The 2016 TGFS picnic is being catered by the Buckhorn:

MENU

Char Roasted Tri Tip Sandwich - BBQ sauce & creamed horseradish
Portabello Mushroom Sandwich – Vegetarian/Vegan
Fresh Fruit Salad
Summer Bean Salad
Assorted Cookies
Assorted Pepsi Products and Bottled Water

Please use the Buckhorn ingredient list to assist in choosing your best meal ticket option. 

Option 1: Buckhorn’s Char Roasted Tri Tip Sandwich 
Guests select pre-made sandwich or sliced tri tip on seasonal lettuce leaf
creamed horseradish and BBQ sauce on the side
       - Gluten Free without the bread
 
Option 2: Buckhorn’s Grilled & Marinated Portabello Mushroom Sandwich
Guests to assemble grilled and marinated portabello mushroom sandwich to their liking.
Lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, pesto sauce on the side.
       - Gluten free without the roll
       - Vegetarian
       - Vegan without provolone cheese or pesto


Both options include tasty sides:
Summer Bean Salad, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad
      - Gluten free 
      - Vegetarian
      - Vegan

Dessert: 
Cookies (do not include nuts but were prepared in a facility with nuts)
Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Snickerdoodle
       - Vegetarian

A designated person in your department or unit will ask you for your lunch option and purchase the tickets for your group. Once you receive your ticket, please keep it safe as it is required to receive your meal at the picnic and cannot be replaced.
 
Tickets can be purchased at http://cevs.ucdavis.edu/confreg/reg/index.cfm?confid=820 Please place orders by the May 4 deadline, thank you.

Tickets may be picked up at the Athletics Ticket Office located at the main entrance to Aggie Stadium. Don’t forget to pick up your tickets prior to the deadline of Tuesday, May 17, before 5 p.m. Meal tickets are not being sold at the event and we are unable to serve anyone without a ticket. 

  • Last day to purchase meal tickets is Wednesday, May 4 before 5 p.m.
  • First day to pick up tickets is Wednesday, May 11 at 12 p.m.
  • Last day to pick up tickets is Tuesday, May 17 before 5 p.m.

The Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Please remember to bring your e-mail receipt when picking up your meal tickets

Receipt Information

Once your meal ticket purchase has been processed, you will receive an electronic receipt indicating the number of meal tickets purchased. Please remember to bring your email receipt when picking up your tickets.

Please note meal tickets are only needed to eat at the event. All staff are encouraged to attend TGFS, whether or not they have purchased a meal ticket.
